This form is a confirmation from an employer regarding confirmation of employment of an EEA or EFTA foreigner because of their application of registration in the national registry for a period exceeding six months. In cases were an EEA or EFTA foreign national applies for registration as an employee, documents need to be provided confirming that the applicant has a work in Iceland and that the wages are sufficient for supporting oneself for at least three months from registration date according to published living expenses guidelines set by municipalities. This form does not replace employment contract between the individual and the employer.
